DataStack HQ is a platform developed and supported by 34 North Consulting, LLC. It provides public demonstrations of dashboards, reporting systems, workflow tools, and custom business applications, as well as access points for certain private client systems.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. We may receive information you voluntarily provide when you email us, request workspace assistance, ask about a project or demonstration, or communicate about an existing client system. This may include your name, email address, company, message content, and other information you choose to include.
Website usage and performance information. DataStack HQ may use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand general traffic, visitor interactions, and website performance. Depending on the service, this may include pages viewed, links or features used, referring websites, approximate location, browser or device type, session information, and page-performance measurements. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to provide aggregate measurements without using cookies, local storage, or individual user fingerprinting for its usage metrics. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and similar technologies to distinguish users and sessions and provide website-usage reports.
Public demonstration data. Public demonstrations are intended to use sanitized sample data supplied by DataStack HQ. Unless a demonstration explicitly states otherwise, do not upload or submit personal information, confidential business information, trade secrets, regulated data, credentials, financial information, health information, export-controlled information, or other sensitive material.
Private client systems. Private workspaces and client applications may have different data-processing, retention, access-control, and security requirements. Those requirements are governed by the applicable client agreement, statement of work, data-processing terms, or workspace-specific notice. This public policy does not replace those agreements.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve DataStack HQ;
- Measure website traffic and performance;
- Respond to messages, support requests, and project inquiries;
- Provide demonstrations or workspace assistance;
- Diagnose technical problems and prevent misuse;
- Maintain appropriate business and security records; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.
We do not sell personal information.
3. Service Providers and External Links
We may use service providers to host, secure, monitor, and operate DataStack HQ and related communications. These may include Cloudflare, GitHub, Google, and email-service providers. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments as needed to provide their services to us.
Links from DataStack HQ may lead to websites operated by 34 North Consulting, LLC or third parties. Their privacy practices may differ from this policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Email and inquiry records may be retained as part of normal business correspondence.
Public demo inputs, if temporarily enabled, should not be treated as durable storage and may be deleted or reset without notice.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the website and information involved. No internet transmission, system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Do not use public demonstrations to transmit sensitive or confidential information. Contact us before providing production data so an appropriate private workspace, scope, and data-handling arrangement can be established.
7. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to ask about personal information you previously provided, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or legitimate business obligations.
8. Children’s Privacy
DataStack HQ is intended for businesses and adult users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as DataStack HQ changes. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
